The website that was operational between June 2006 and April 2026 was designed, programmed and maintained by Ergosfera, initially by Borja Díaz Carro. It was a very simple website, developed with basic HTML and CSS and with a very simple structure based on static pages linked to each other, without complex logic or interfaces.
From 2017, we had the collaboration of Edu Poch (estudiocaravana) for the development of several digital cartographies and websites for specific projects, as well as for consultation of all kinds of programming questions related to the small improvements that were introduced to the website over these years.
In 2022 we started working with Edu Poch and Javier Garrido (estudiocaravana) on the design of this new website. After a long time of intermittent work and compilation and structuring of all the contents on our part, they finally designed a website built on Kirby CMS (a flat-file system without a database), developed in PHP with Tailwind CSS for responsive design and JavaScript for interactions. A platform that has a modular structure of templates (reusable templates and snippets) and a custom fields system that allows organizing complex information and managing content in multiple ways.
From this code, Ergosfera resumed the design to formally adapt it to our work and to introduce new functions and sections that were only possible to imagine and implement thanks to this new structure and content management system developed by estudiocaravana. Since we have no programming knowledge beyond maintaining a very basic website for 20 years, these changes and extensions were developed with the open-source code editor Visual Studio Code with the support of GitHub Copilot in Agent mode, using the Claude Sonnet 4.5 (Anthropic) language model as an assistance tool for code generation and review.
This new website was conceived with the same archival and repository condition as the original, with the dual objective of functioning as a platform to share all the materials produced with the maximum will of transparency and return, but also as a working tool for Ergosfera's day-to-day that allows us to navigate and review a volume of information that was already beginning to be unmanageable. So we can only be grateful to Edu and Javi for their patience during these years and for having built a tool that serves us to document and to imagine: a machine for thinking and desiring to do.
The beta version of this new website was published on April 10, 2026. Since then we have been completing the content and introducing improvements to the page design. The last update was made on 10/19/2026.
